If you would like to nominate a new beneficiary please complete the beneficiary form, available under 'Forms' on the Forms & publications page
The Trustee may pay your pension to your spouse, if he or she survives you unless you have provided the Trustee with a valid binding death benefit nomination.

You can nominate preferred beneficiaries who in the event of your death, and if there is no living Reversionary Annuitant, a lump sum equal to your pension account balance will be paid to. The trustee will not be legally bound by your wishes but will take them into account.
