Additional information about your personal details

The ‘Personal details’ page shows information on your contact details, PIN/password, whether you have supplied your tax file number (TFN) and provided consent to use your TFN, Centrelink Schedule details (if applicable), any linked accounts, employer details (if applicable), key account information and BPAY details.

You can update your personal details online, or in some cases you’ll need to call us on 1300 360 149.

Information about your eligible service date

Your eligible service date is either the date you first commenced continuous service with your current employer, or an earlier ‘date joined employer’ which was transferred with a rollover from another fund. It’s used to determine your tax liability on your benefit.

Providing your email address and/or phone number

By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you:

  • Acknowledge it may be used to send you information about your super electronically (unless you have told us otherwise). We may send you hyperlinks where you can download information from a website
  • Understand you can change your communications preferences by updating your details via the ‘Communication preferences’ page in MemberOnline
  • Acknowledge if your email bounces, you’ll be issued a paper-based confirmation letter and the email address recorded will be removed. In this instance, you will be prompted to provide a new email address next time you log in to MemberOnline.

Information about your PIN/password

You can only access MemberOnline with your [username and password]. It is also good practice to change it from time to time which you can do online. Pick a combination of letters and numbers (between 4 to 8 characters) and keep your password secure.

Any password change you make will be effective immediately.

Tax file number (TFN) Collection Statement

I agree for my TFN to be used as outlined in the TFN collection statement.
