Access to the digital portal

Access to the digital portal where a password and username are required is only authorised to you (the holder of the account), as a member of CareSuper.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and username. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or other breach of security. We are not responsible for any loss or damage for unauthorised use of your password/other breach of security.

We can cancel any password or username at any time and without notice if we believe it's being used in a way that can cause loss to you or CareSuper.

Access to the online portal will at times be interrupted while we make planned system upgrades or in circumstances of other unplanned outages. We cannot guarantee the availability of, and your ability to, access and transact within the digital portal.

Member information

Information disclosed on this site is provided for information purposes only. While all reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the information and record of your benefits as shown in the digital portal is correct, we do not represent or warrant the information or record of benefits disclosed as complete or accurate.
