NOMINATE BENEFICIARIES
By nominating beneficiaries you're letting us know who should receive your super benefits if you pass away, so you can be sure it goes to the right people.
You can nominate non-binding preferred beneficiaries below. This tells us who you'd like your super to go to, but leaves us some discretion when it comes to paying your benefit. The trustee will not be legally bound by your wishes but will take them into account.
A binding nomination tells us who your super benefit must be paid to and remains valid for up to three years. The trustee is legally bound to pay your super payout according to your nomination. If you would like to make binding nominations, you will need to complete a separate form.
Reversionary Annuitant
You can nominate your spouse as your reversionary annuitant. In the event of your death, the trustee will continue to pay your ension to your reversionary annuitant, if he or she survives you.
