Change password
Has anything changed?
You can change your password during login by clicking the “I forgot my password’ link. You’ll then receive a verification email which will prompt you to reset your password.
You can also change your password any time via the "Change Password' section once logged in.
Updating investments
How do I check and update my investments?
Changing investments has never been easier. The new Investments page lets you view and change your investments all in one place.
You can also review investment option details by clicking on the individual investment option links for more information, including year-to-date performance history. We've also added the unit price information on this page so you can check historical prices for all available options.
Account consolidation
I'd like to consolidate my accounts.
Acumulation members can easily consolidate super on the Consolidate page. Simply search for any other accounts you may have and submit; we'll look after the rest.
You can also provide consent for us to search on your behalf by going to the personal details page. We'll contact you with anything we find and look after the consolidation process if you'd like to proceed.

Where do I find information about my contribution caps?
Employer contributions
How do I know my employer is making contributions to my account?
on the Dashboard and the contributions section of the Account activitypage which provides historical data for the past 2 years. The account activity page has information regarding contributions, as well as alerts, deductions, payments and messages.
What about my balance, insurance and beneficiaries?
Has anything changed?
All of the information you're familiar with is still here - the new digital experience merges this in to one easy display, to hopefully improve your experience.
As an example, the Dashboard contains snapshot information regarding your account balance, investments and insurance, with links through to more detailed pages and information.
Beneficiary information - and the ability to update preferred beneficiaries - is still available, as is the online enquiry form if you need to contact us.

How are my investments performing?
Unit price information is available in both the public and secure areas of the site. In the secure area, we've put unit price information, including the ability to check historical prices, on the Investments page.
We've also added individual investment option performance data in the new and improved option cards. This displays the previous five financial year's performance for each option.
In the coming months we will be developing this section further to provide more dynamic performance data.
Linked accounts
I've got multiple accounts - how do I access these?
If you multiple linked accounts, these will display in the Linked Account drop-down at the top of the screen.
Click the drop-down and select the linked account you wish to access.
You will be able to log in to any linked account you have with your preferred log in credentials.
Is the site mobile friendly?

What has been removed from the old site?
I feel like something is missing...
There are a few sections of the old site that have moved or been removed from the new experience.
For example, we've removed a stand-alone insurance page; all of your insurance details are now available on the Dashboard page. You can also find more information regarding your insurance in the PDS, available on the documents page.
