Fees
Generally, there's no charge for receiving money rolled in from other funds, but you should check with your other fund/s to see if they charge withdrawal fees.
Before you submit your rollover request you should check whether your other fund will deduct any fees or charges and if you'll lose any insurance cover as a result of the rollover.
This information can generally be found on the other fund's website, or on a recent statement.
consolidate
If you decide to consolidate your super, you understand and agree by submitting this request you:
- request that you transfer the specified value held in respect of me for the selected super funds or policies.
- understand that on payment by your/my previous super fund(s), you/I discharge that/those super fund(s) from any further liability in respect of the amount transferred.
- understand that information contained in this request will be handled by the trustee(s) to process your rollover.
- understand some rollovers received will be subject to 15% tax. This will apply to all rollovers from untaxed sources, for example rollovers from some Government sector funds and Superannuation Guarantee Contributions forwarded via the Australian Taxation Office.
- understand that, generally there's no charge for receiving money rolled in from other funds, but you should check with your other fund/s to see if they charge withdrawal fees.
- consent to your Tax File Number being disclosed for the purposes of consolidating my account.
- understand that you will receive confirmation once your money has been received from your previous fund/s.
- understand that all amounts transferred from your previous fund/s will be credited to this account and accumulate with investment returns (both positive and negative) based on your chosen investment option, or the default option, if you have not made (or are ineligible to make) any investment choice.
- understand that by completing this request you may lose any insurance entitlement you have in my previous fund/s. Your insurance cover can generally be found on the other fund’s website, or on a recent statement. You may be able to apply for additional insurance cover in this superannuation account, but you understand it might need to be assessed and approved by the insurer. For further information about your current level of insurance cover and the options available, you can contact us or where applicable, visit the Dashboard and the documents and forms pages.
- understand that you have the right to ask your previous super fund for information that you reasonably require for the purpose of understanding any super entitlements you may have in that fund/s, including information about any fees and charges that may apply to the transfer and information about the effect of the transfer of any entitlements you have in your previous fund super fund. You confirm that you do not require such information from your previous fund (or you already have that information).
Tax
If you have super with more than one other super provider, you’ll need to complete a separate rollover request for each amount.

Confirmation Of Your Request
Your transaction will only be processed if you have received a Receipt Number. If you tried to consolidate your super but you haven't received a Receipt Number (and wish to consolidated your super), please contact us.
Your request will become effective once it has been processed by us.
