Your online account

Online access to your account is authorised only to the holder of the account (you).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and username. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or other breach of security. We are not responsible for any loss or damage for unauthorised use of your password/other breach of security.

We can cancel any password or username at any time and without notice if we believe it's being used in a way that can cause loss to you or Qantas Super.

Access to account will at times be interrupted while we make planned system upgrades or in circumstances of other unplanned outages. We cannot guarantee your ability to access or transact with your account online.
