It’s simple and can be done here in MemberOnline.
- Click on the person icon next to your name in the top right corner of the screen
- Go to ‘Personal details’
- Scroll down and enter your TFN, then provide your TFN consent by ticking the box underneath
- We’ll then verify your TFN with the ATO (this may take up to 48 hours to process).
Once verified, we can then find any other accounts you have via the ATO database to combine them all.

Click 'Combine my super’ to consolidate your other super into your CareSuper account.
