Here you can review and change how you invest your super.
Choosing an investment strategy
We have 12 different investment options, each with different targets for returns and levels of investment risk, plus a Direct Investment option (DIO). You can choose one investment option, or a combination of options.
Our DIO lets you tailor your portfolio by combining your choice of a range of shares, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), listed investment companies (LICs) and term deposits with other CareSuper investment options.
Investing in the DIO comes with some additional rules and conditions. So, make sure you read the Investment Guide or Pension Guide PDS and Target Market Determination.
And remember, if you’re a super member, you can invest your future contributions differently to how you invest your existing account balance.
When your investment switches will take effect
We’ll generally process your request within 3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email once we’ve updated your investments and when you’ll be able to see them in MemberOnline.
If you update your investments on a business day, we’ll use the unit price at the close of the markets the next business day (excluding national public holidays).
The cost of switching investments
Buy-sell spreads apply when you switch in and out of an investment option. Read your Product Disclosure Statement and Target Market Determination as well as our additional information before changing your investments.
