YOUR BENEFICIARIES
At any time you may nominate who you would like to receive your super payout in the event of your death, if you have not made a reversionary nomination when you first commenced your pension.
Nominating you beneficiaries
There are two ways to nominate your beneficiaries: You can nominate your preferred beneficiaries or make a binding nomination.
If you would like to nominate a beneficiary please complete the beneficiary form, available in the documents & forms.

Reversionary nomination
If you have made a Reversionary nomination your pension will be paid to your nominated beneficiary if you die, provided that the recipient is still an eligible dependent.

Reversionary nomination

Nominating your preferred beneficiaries helps us understand how you would like your benefits distributed if you die, but it is not legally binding.
Binding nomination
Completing a Binding death benefit nomination form means we are bound to follow your instructions, unless the form or your nomination is invalid.
