Your Beneficiaries
It’s important you inform us about who should receive your super and/or insurance benefit when you pass away. You can do this by nominating one or more beneficiaries.
We recommend you make a binding beneficiary nomination.
Any beneficiaries you’ve currently nominated will appear below. An expiry date is shown for binding nominations.
If you would like to make a new binding death benefit nomination, please download our Binding Death Benefit Nomination form at csf.com.au/forms, then complete and send it to us.
If you would like to make a new non-binding (preferred) beneficiary nomination, please contact us on 1300 655 002.
Reversionary Annuitant
You can nominate your spouse as your reversionary annuitant. In the event of your death, the trustee will continue to pay your ension to your reversionary annuitant, if he or she survives you.

Non-binding (preferred) beneficiary nomination
If you nominate a non-binding beneficiary, Catholic Super will take your nomination into account, but will not be bound to follow it. To learn more about nominating your beneficiaries, visit csf.com.au/pds
Binding beneficiary nomination
To provide greater security about who will receive your benefit if you die, you can make a nomination which binds the Trustee to pay your death benefit in specified percentage(s) to specified person(s) for up to three years. You must be a member of Catholic Super and your nomination must be valid at the time of your death. To learn more about nominating your beneficiaries, visit csf.com.au/pds
