Using the Insurance Online button on this page you can:
- Cancel or reduce your insurance cover
- Take up new insured member offers
- Change your occupation group
- Apply to increase your insurance, including via a transfer of cover from another fund or lifetime event provision
- Notify us of a claim*
For requests to change your insurance using our online tools, we require your email address. Please check your personal details to ensure we have your email address recorded.

Protecting Your Superannuation Package changes means we can no longer provide you with insurance through super if your account has been inactive for 16 months or more and you haven’t opted-in to keep your insurance with us. Your account is inactive if you have not received any contributions or rollovers-in for 16 months.
If you have been inactive we will contact you and provide you details of how you can opt-in to continue your cover.
