Manage Your Insurance
Here’s the spot where you can manage your insurance cover within your Virgin Money Super account to make sure you have the right cover in place for your needs. Before making any changes to your insurance, please ensure you have read the Important information on insurance.
Automatic Insurance cover
Being protected is important, that’s why Virgin Money Super provides automatic Death and Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) cover to Aussie residents aged 25-64. Your cover and related premium will be based on your age. You can choose to hold Death Only Automatic Insurance by removing the TPD component from your automatic insurance cover.
For all new customers automatic cover will not apply until you are aged 25 or more and your account has reached $6,000. You can choose to have cover before you reach these thresholds. Eligibility conditions may apply. More information on your options is available here.
Tailored Insurance cover
What if you need more insurance? No problem, eligible Virgin Money Super customers can apply for Tailored Insurance cover to top up your Death and TPD insurance and/or add Income Protection (Total but Temporary Disablement), by completing the Tailored Insurance application form. You may also be required to provide additional health related details to our Insurance provider Zurich Australia Limited.

Want to update or cancel your current insurance cover?
New Customers: If you just joined and are not yet 25 years old and/or have a balance of $6,000 or more – you can opt in for insurance within the first 60 days of joining here.
Increase Cover: For eligible customers additional cover, including Income Protection is available. Apply through the Tailored Insurance application form.
